Anuradha Sharma and I first connected through Muffin Monday, which is a weekly fun filled initiative she started for food bloggers. Now I am happy to announce that Anuradha will be our baking specific cookbook reviewer, so check back soon for some sweet updates and more information about one of my favourite food bloggers! No prizes for guessing that one my most beloved holiday treats involves cream cheese 😉 This is an absolute favorite of mine and simply must be made! Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies! It’s pure indulgence. Soft, tender, and speckled with chocolate chips, is it the ultimate dessert cookie. In the spirit of the holidays and to make it even more decadent, I add a drizzle of dark and white chocolate.

Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop equal amounts of dough on the cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are looking light golden brown.
