Stay-At-Home-Chef’s Tiger Butter

In our household, the holidays are not complete without a batch of my famous Tiger Butter. Enjoy!

1 lb white chocolate
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate

Melt the white chocolate over a double-boiler until smooth. Mix in the peanut butter and stir until combined. Pour chocolate mixture into a 9×9 baking dish lined with wax paper and set aside.

Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and 6 oz of white chocolate in separate double-boilers until smooth. Drizzle both chocolates on top of the peanut butter mixture and using a paring knife, drag the blade through the mixture in lengthwise and horizontal lines to make a tiger swirl.

Cool in a cold place until hard enough to cut into squares.
